Information Security Policy
Due to our activity of Software Consulting Activities (from the installation and configuration of products purchased by the client to consulting, auditing, design and development of Software, additional developments to the product to “customize” the tools among others), in B2B SOLUTIONS we know that the information is an asset with a high value for both our organization and our customers and therefore requires adequate protection and management in order to give continuity to our line of business and minimize the possible damage caused by failures with respect to the integrity, availability and confidentiality of information.
To this end, B2B SOLUTIONS undertakes the following commitments:
- The permanent will of B2B SOLUTIONS in terms of Information Security Management will be manifested through training and awareness programmes that promote participatory management in these areas, enabling the skills of staff to be used for continuous improvement of the production process.
- To guarantee the development of its activities within the applicable rules and regulations, it shall comply with the legislation, as well as with other requirements subscribed to with its clients, including those referring to Information Security.
- Comply with the requirements and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System, by implementing systems for measuring and monitoring the solutions and developments carried out for our clients, as well as Information Security objectives.
- Ensure business continuity by developing continuity plans in accordance with recognised methodologies.
- Perform and periodically review a risk analysis based on recognised methods that allow us to establish the level of information security and minimise risks through the development of specific policies, technical solutions and contractual agreements with specialised organisations.
B2B SOLUTIONS staff will develop their work oriented to the achievement of the objectives set and in accordance, at all times, with the legal requirements.
This policy will be reviewed at least once a year.
